Brian Eames:
Brian has been in the steel fabrication business since he started his apprenticeship as a Fitter & Turner nearly 40 years ago. Since that time he has started two successful companies and trained numerous tradesmen, several of whom have gone on to start up balustrade and fabrication companies of their own.

Pam Eames:
While Brian was busy starting up companies, his wife of 32 years Pam was busy running them. Pam has been involved with the accounting side of the business since its inauguration 20 years ago. This task is now shared between herself and her two daughters Roslyn and Jaimie.

Brad Eames:
Brad has been working for Allbend since he graduated high school in 1995. After completing his Boilermaker apprenticeship in 1999 he spent two years manufacturing before moving into his current position of Estimator in 2001. In between quoting work and fabricating jobs Brad developed his CAD drawing skills to introduce a new design service into the company.
